Please read the following helpful hints to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible.

• Please reserve your robes 1 week in advance of your ceremony.
• All Reserved robes will be available for collection and return to a location designated withing your institution.
• Please print and retain your reference number required for collection and return of your robes as this number is very important.
• Ladies hats are optional but you will receive one automatically.
• If you miss your booking deadline please go to the robing room 1 hour prior to ceremony starting.
• Our location on campus is only for the duration of the conferring to facilitate the collection and return of academic robes.
